Ashley Hanlon is a licensed esthetician, corrective skincare specialist, and founder of FACE by Ashley, where she has spent over a decade working hands-on with clients to transform their skin through personalized, results-driven treatments. As a solo business owner, Ashley has built a reputation for blending advanced techniques with an educational, client-centered approach that fosters trust, results, and long-term skin health.

Beyond the treatment room, Ashley is an advanced technique esthetic educator, having trained hundreds of licensed professionals in modalities such as dermaplaning, chemical peels, and microneedling. She is also a cosmetic product developer for Dermasystems Cosmetics, and serves as an educator for Herbal Skin Solutions and The Esthetics Academy, helping estheticians refine their craft and elevate their careers.

Ashley’s expertise and passion for the industry have earned her recognition as Dermascope Magazine’s “Best in the Biz” and opportunities to speak on stage at major trade shows, including Premiere Orlando and the International Congress of Esthetics & Spa (ICES).
